NAC
NAC, or N-Acetyl Cysteine, is a derivative of the amino acid L-cysteine. L-cysteine is one of the amino acids, found in most high-protein foods such as eggs, chicken, turkey, cheese, and yoghurt. L-Cysteine together with L-glycine and L-glutamine make and replenish glutathione - the 'master' antioxidant.
