Omega-3s are fats that our bodies require but cannot make, there are three main types of Omega 3: ALA (alpha linolenic acid) found in flax seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts.  EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) Omega-3 are found in fish, seafood, and Fish Oil. Omega-6 fatty acids are found in vegetable oils, evening primrose seed, and soybean oils.
