Glutathione, (pronounced glue-tah-thigh-own!) is an antioxidant composed of three separate amino acids; glutamine, glycine and cysteine. When these amino acids come together, they form what is commonly referred to as the ‘master antioxidant’.
As well as as protecting the body from harmful free radicals, Glutathione works to regenerate other key antioxidants, such as Vitamins C and E, and is heavily involved in the body's natural detoxification process.
